What is a Cuba e-Visa?
Since July 2025, Cuba replaced paper tourist cards with a mandatory electronic visa (e-Visa). Whether you previously needed a pink card (US travellers) or a green card (everyone else), the process is now the same for all nationalities: apply online, receive your e-Visa by email.
The e-Visa allows a single entry with a stay of up to 90 days (extendable by another 90 days). It is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Cruise passengers are the only exception — they still need a paper tourist card from the Cuban Consulate.

Do I need a visa to visit Cuba?
Yes. Since July 2025, all tourists must obtain an electronic e-Visa before travelling to Cuba. Paper tourist cards are no longer accepted for air travellers.
How much does a Cuba e-Visa cost?
Standard service: GBP 22 / USD 28 / EUR 26 per person. Priority same-day adds GBP 8 / USD 10 / EUR 10 per application (flat fee, not per person).
How long does processing take?
Standard: 3-5 working days. Priority: same working day if applied before 4 PM (Mon-Fri).
Can US citizens travel to Cuba?
Yes. US citizens travel under one of 12 OFAC-authorised categories. Most use "Support for the Cuban People." Our e-Visa is fully compliant. See our USA page for details.
What is the D'Viajeros form?
Cuba's mandatory digital traveller declaration. We provide a pre-filled link with your e-Visa number. Complete it within 6 days of arrival.
