How your Cuba e-Visa is processed and delivered
Electronic Tourist Visas for Cuba
E-Visas are issued electronically for tourists visiting Cuba. Following online submission via our application form, we will promptly process your application and dispatch the e-Visa code alongside an online D'Viajeros link by email.
Processing Options
- Standard Service — We aim to process applications within 3 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
- Priority Service — We prioritise processing your application within 1 working day, or same working day if submitted before 4 PM.
After You Receive Your e-Visa
Upon receipt of your e-Visa code via email, securely retain the code and access the provided D'Viajeros link within 6 days of entering Cuba. After submitting your D'Viajeros form, a PDF encompassing your Advanced Passenger Information and e-Visa will be issued. Download and retain this document on your mobile device or obtain a printed copy for presentation at check-in and upon arrival.
