D'Viajeros Form for Cuba

The D'Viajeros form (Advance Passenger Information form) is a mandatory digital declaration that all travellers must complete before flying to Cuba. Since July 2025, when Cuba replaced paper tourist cards with the e-Visa system, the D'Viajeros form has become the final step before boarding your flight.
What Is the D'Viajeros Form?
D'Viajeros is an online form managed by Cuba's Ministry of Transportation. It collects your personal, travel, health, and customs information. Once submitted, you receive a PDF document with a barcode that you must present at check-in and upon arrival in Cuba.

When Do I Need to Complete It?
You must complete the D'Viajeros form within 6 days of your arrival in Cuba. The D'Viajeros form is separate from your Cuba e-Visa — you need both.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access the Portal
If you bought your e-Visa from us, use the direct link in your confirmation email. It automatically sets the language, pre-fills your e-Visa number, and selects "Tourism" as your travel purpose.
Step 2: Personal Details
- Full name (exactly as on passport)
- Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
- Gender
- Nationality
- Passport number, issuing country, and expiry date
Step 3: Travel Information
- Arrival date
- Flight number and route
- Accommodation (hotel or casa particular address)
Step 4: Health and Customs
- Health declaration — answer honestly
- Customs — declare goods and cash over $5,000 USD
Step 5: Submit and Save
- Confirm your information and accept the declaration
- Complete the ReCAPTCHA (this is NOT your private code)
- Save your Private Code — needed to edit the form later
- Download your PDF or JPEG file
- Print a copy or save electronically for check-in
How to Edit Your Form
If your dates change, visit the D'Viajeros portal, click "Edit Form", enter your passport number or private code, make changes, and download your updated PDF. Your e-Visa remains valid — you only need to update D'Viajeros.
