1. Introduction

In using this website, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. TravelFab Ltd, trading as Cubavisa.uk, is a registered company in England and Wales with the company number 08910640, address: China Works, 100 Black Prince Road, London, SE1 7SJ, UK.

2. Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the Company, on a need-to-know basis, only use any information collected from individual customers. We do not store any payment information; our merchant account (Viva Wallet) handles this for your safety.

3. Confidentiality

We are registered under the Data Protection Act. Any information concerning the Client and their records may be passed to the Cuban Consulate if required, but otherwise will not be divulged to any third party. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information.

4. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cubavisa excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents, and excludes all liability for damages arising from your use of this website.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

All payments must be made online via Viva Wallet. E-Visas for Cuba are non-refundable. Once you pay online, we cannot void or refund your application. Your e-Visa number will be issued regardless. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your application.

Your Cuban Tourist Cards/e-Visas are not replaceable, transferable, changeable or refundable.

6. Availability

We only issue e-Visas for tourist travel to Cuba. Although based in the UK, we assist customers worldwide from countries listed on our application form. For other visa types, please contact the nearest Cuban Consulate.

7. Process and Delivery

E-Visas are delivered by email only. Upon completing your application, we will send a confirmation email followed by your e-Visa code and D'Viajeros link. We are not responsible for typos or mistakes made when filling in your passport details in our online form.
