I have used Cubavisa.uk multiple times for my regular Cuban visa requirements. The ‘old’ paper visas (which I understand are being phased out) and the recently initiated electronic ‘e-visas’ have both been processed within a few working days with no problems or delays. I always recommend Cubavisa.uk to anyone in the UK needing a visa for Cuba.

Very prompt and efficient service which was simple to use. The visas were posted to me via recorded delivery (which is a must) but Royal Mail delivered them to a totally incorrect address. Fortunately, when I contacted Cubavisa they chased Royal Mail and the the visas were delivered the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great service from Cubavisa.uk. Online application easy to complete also a 2 hour window post completion to rectify any mistakes .(thankfully I didn`t need it) Delivery time excellant,applied for visa`s on the Friday delivered on the following Tuesday signed for delivery. Would recommend and would most definitely use Cubavisa again.
